Enchantment at
The following rules and guidelines have been developed in accordance with Article VII Section 1 (a) of the By-Laws of the Enchantment at Hamilton Homeowners Association Inc. These rules and guidelines were the result of months of work performed by volunteer committee members (Clubhouse, Social, Recreation, Architectural Control, Covenants), and resident Board members. The efforts to develop these rules and guidelines involved meetings and discussions among committee and Board members on a weekly basis, ongoing informal discussions and conversations with residents, reviews of rules and regulations from as many as a half dozen other adult communities, and visits to other area adult communities for first-hand guidance and suggestions.
These are the first attempts to provide, as a starting point, a set of rules and guidelines which are from the community, as opposed to those first provided by the developer. They are intended to supplement the new Homeowner Policy Manual, supercede it in some instances, and not conflict with it. Our collective experience as we go forward will likely reveal the need for some corrections and revision. The Board, through the respective Committee chairs, welcomes resident suggestions for such changes and improvements.
