without first obtaining permission from the Board of Trustees
of the Association or its designee (i.e.
Architectural Control Committee).
6) Nothing
shall be done to any Home which will impair the
structural integrity of any Home or which will structurally
change a Home. No Owner (other than Declarant) may make any structural additions, alterations
or improvements in or to his Home without the prior written approval of the
Board of Trustees of the Association or its designee (i.e. Architectural
Control Committee), or impair any easement without the prior written consent of
the Board of Trustees of the Association or its designee (i.e. Architectural
Control Committee), subject to the right of appeal to the Board and as provided
in the By-Laws.
Nothing contained herein
shall be construed or interpreted to prohibit the reasonable adaptation of any
Home for access or use by a handicapped person
7) Trash
a) Trash
receptacles/recycling bins (i.e. metal or
plastic cans are not permitted to stand or be stored along
the outside wall of the Home. All trash
receptacles are to be kept from public view and stored in the garage when not
curbside for trash pickup.
b) No trash or recycle materials may be placed
curbside earlier than

containers should be removed from the street

collection of other materials and should contact the
