Rules and Regulations

                        c)         Association Business has priority over resident business,

as follows.  All regularly scheduled Board meetings will have priority for room use, followed in priority by Board-authorized Committees,  followed in priority by clubs and other resident business or events.  Otherwise,  use is on a first-come,  first-serve basis.   The Board and Board-authorized Committees will make every effort to schedule room use for their meetings as far in advance as possible,  at least one (1) week in advance. 

 

                        4)         Bulletin Board - The E@H bulletin board (designated as such)

in the Clubhouse hallway shall only be used for materials,  information and notices concerning meetings, functions and events sponsored by the E@H community (Board,  Committees,  Clubs).

 

                        5)         Clubhouse Office Hours; Property Manager - The hours for

E@H’s property manager are Monday and Thursday, from

8:30-4:30 generally.  Hours when the Property Manager will be available for a visit by a Resident are 9:30-11:30 and 1:30-3:30 on Monday or Thursday.  The office phone number is

(609) 585-9009.  These hours are subject to change.

 

                                6)         Attire - Proper attire must be worn while in the Clubhouse

                                    and/or while using any Clubhouse facilities.  No wet bathing

suits are permitted in any Clubhouse areas except for the locker rooms and restrooms.  Bare feet are not permitted anywhere in the building.   Men and women must wear shirts or other tops when dry bathing suits and footwear are worn in the Clubhouse.  Footwear must be used in the locker rooms.  Other specific rules regarding attire in specific areas (pool, fitness,  etc) are further noted in those sections.

 

                        7)         Bicycles - Bicycles are not to be left in front of the Clubhouse,

                                    nor brought into the Clubhouse or pool area.  Bicycle racks will

be provided in a designated area outside the Clubhouse and bicycles stored in these racks will be at the risk of the bicycle owner.

 

                        8)         Food/Drink in Clubhouse BuildingFood and drink are

permitted in the Clubhouse Building subject to the following:

                                    a)      No food or drink is allowed when using the Computers;

                                    b)      No food or drink should be placed on the Billiards Tables;

                                    c)      No food (but beverages permitted) in the Fitness Room;

                                    d)      Residents must clean up after food/beverage    

                                             consumption.
