APPLICATION PROCEDURES – Cont’d.

           

            11)      Certain types of projects (i.e. patios, etc) will require that the 

                       Homeowner contact the Management Company requesting a project

                       Site review (at an appropriate time after start but prior to completion)

                       Seeking approval to finish the project.

 

            12)      The initial approval letter that the Homeowner receives will indicate

                        whether or not such pre-completion site review is required.

                      

      13)       Upon completion of the project , the homeowner contacts the

                  Management Company again to advise that modification is complete.

 

      14)       Management Company contacts the  ACC Chair to request a review

                  of the finished project to ensure it is in compliance with the approved

                  application.

 

      15)       After the completed project has been reviewed, the ACC contacts

Management to advise that modification either  meets approval

criteria OR to advise that modification does not meet approved  criteria.

 

      16)       If approved, the Management Company notifies Homeowner that

modification installation is approved. Once homeowner submits proof to the Management Company that a restrictive covenant (if required) has been files with the county clerk, the Management Company will  return the damage deposit.

 

      17)       If modification is not approved, Management Company advises Board

            of Trustees that modification is not installed per approval and sends       notice of violation to Homeowner with deadline to conform.

 

      18)       Repeat steps 14-15 above and

 

      19)       Repeat steps 16-17 above until compliance is achieved.

 

 

 

* Modification Request Forms can be obtained from the Management Company

 

* All approved modification requests are good for six (6) months.  Beyond that, the request must be resubmitted.
